next week resolutions

  1. eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner on tuesday/wednesday/friday
  2. eat at least two meals on monday/thursday
  3. drink less than 32oz of coffee
  4. go to sleep before 12:30am
  5. work out
  6. go hiking or run the 3k

#2 (and maybe #4) aside, I have a good feeling about this
