Day 1 - First thoughts on going to college
I said that I would never go here. Been on this campus too many times, architecture is pretty depressing, too many familiar faces, etc etc. But here I am, ha. The architecture is still pretty prison-like and dorms are pricey, but after really visiting, I think this place might actually be the best place for me.
I’m not scared of being independent or being by myself, but I have a feeling that I might lose the friendships I’ve had till now, just ‘cause sometimes that’s the way things go. I know that I’m going to have to start at the bottom again and that I’ll experience my first real breakdown in college. But I’m attracted to the feel/culture of the campus, and if experiences are what you are willing to make of them, then I am willing and ready to make this one for the memories.
